The Land

 

The land comprises of 40 acres approximately in a large square with the house and orchard occupying roughly a hectare in the middle.

The orchard is mature and has many types of fruit tree. There is also a plantation of Taiwan grass used for animal feed. The land is mainly tropical forest with many mature tropical hard and softwoods.

The land is completely fenced and cross fenced and the fences are in good order. The perimeter is relatively clear. Ideal for cattle or goats etc.

The ranch is entered from the main road down an all weather track (passable in most vehicles) about 300meters. There are no neighbours on either side although there are a couple of working ranches.

The property also has a corral close to the house and several large sheltered animal installations.
