Reiki is a holistic healing technique developed by the Buddhist Monks whereby Universal Energy is channelled through the practitioner to the receiver.  The Universal Healing energy used has intelligence and goes to where it is needed. There is lots of good information on the web for further reading. One thing to note however; it is not possible to learn Reiki from a book as an attunement process has to take place where Reiki is passed from Master to student. As well as being a fantastic healing technique at all levels it also allows those that have been attuned to be permanently connected to the universal life force. It balances the Chakras and opens you up to alternative energies. More and more Reiki is being used to help people along their spiritual paths. Being a channel for the energy of divine love is not a state one would enter for the length of a treatment and then go back to ‘normal’; once you are attuned you are connected forever. Being a Reiki channel affects every aspect of your life, every perception, every choice and every action. Once you are attuned to Reiki you are on a path of enlightenment.

Reiki taught by us is used in the following forms:

Healing Practice:  Reiki has as its basis a hands on healing practice for regular self treatment and a form of treatment which helps others to use universal life energy for their own healing.

Personal Development:  Giving and receiving Reiki stimulates a process that brings a clearer sense of one's own true self and humanity, with a deepening self love.

Spiritual Discipline:  Inherent in the regular practice of the Form is the awakening of a spiritual practice, spiritual development and awareness of the sacred in daily life.

Mystic Order:  Practice of Reiki brings mystic experiences and a sense of connection and common purpose with others following this path.

  

During your 13 day stay you will be attuned to Reiki Master Level. Many Reiki schools advise that you should go through an elongated process leading to Master Level but we, at Rancho San Pedro, are on a different mission. I am a Reiki Master with excellent lineage and I respect Reiki but we are heading into a New Age and as such my mission is to give you as much information, skill & technique as possible. You should be prepared for spiritual emersion and Life Changing experiences. It is perfectly safe but you may feel quite spaced out by the end of the course. This will of course pass quite quickly as your body adjusts. We have found that the World of Spirit begins adjusting your bodies way before you even turn up here to ensure you are prepared. My Guide & Teacher in the World of Spirit works closely with us in ensuring you get the maximum benefit and development that is right for your stage of development.

This of course does not mean that you are a Reiki Master immediately afterwards but it does mean you have everything you need to grow into one and you would have received Master Training and attunement that you can then pass onto others.

We also run a 5 day Reiki Master Teachers course where you will go from Reiki I to Reiki Master Teacher (you will be able to heal and train others and will be proficient in all Reiki techniques and practices). These courses are intensive so be prepared.
